Bookings are subject to a £25 deposit to secure your time slot (fully refundable when you arrive for your appointment). This must be paid within 2 hours of booking otherwise your appointment will be cancelled.

(We hate having to charge but no-shows can be very costly for us - we hope you understand)

We are unable to refund deposits for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice
