I wasn’t expecting to find my wedding dress here (as it was my first bridal appointment ever and I get married in 2027) Arlia was amazing, honestly. Looked so well after my family and I and had so much patience, zero pressure at all to sell dresses which is what I was scared off! Didn’t feel like I HAD to buy a dress, instead I ended up buying THE dress because I couldn’t stop thinking about it and I knew if I walked out without it, I would’ve deeply regretted it 😭 honestly, if you’re thinking about a laid back, super fun and no pressure bridal appointment, Encore Bridal is for you!!! I would thoroughly recommend Encore Bridal to anyone who, like me, didn’t feel the need to spend a fortune on a wedding dress and loved the idea of choosing something preloved with a bit of history, yet with the option to try before you buy! The dresses feel far more unique than high-street, off-the-peg options, and being able to take it home the same day is a huge bonus. Thanks to these lovely ladies, I found my perfect wedding dress. The whole experience was superb from start to finish. There was loads of choice, they really listened to what I wanted, and were so friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I had the BEST time at Encore Bridal in St Ives! From the moment I arrived I was made to feel so welcome, drinks, nibbles, and the loveliest atmosphere. I ended up coming on my own as my friend was unwell, but it honestly didn’t matter at all because the team became my pals for the day. They were so kind, supportive and genuinely lovely and made the whole experience fun, relaxed and really special. I had such a good time and couldn’t recommend Encore Bridal enough. Getting my dress at Encore bridal was a great experience! Everyone was so lovely, really patient, and fun. They let me try on as many dresses as I wanted to and helped me talk through the decision until I found the right dress. The idea of a second hand bridal shop where you can still have the normal dress shopping experience, while saving money and being sustainable is great and really works. - Hannah M
5* experience at Encore Bridal! We booked abit of a last minute date online after an exchanging of emails to try some dresses on, although we did have to call to find the building as there wasn’t many sign posts as soon as we entered the building, we was greeted but nothing but positive energy! Before arriving, I had a couple dresses in mind from other shops but walked out with a dress I’m really happy with from Encore which was at least half the price!! It’s a relaxing environment, yummy surprise snacks & a glass of fizz on arrival - clean, tidy and organised floorplan. My mum and bridesmaid were heavily involved in decision making alongside some great advice & opinions from the ladies. There were plenty of options and sizes to choose from and try on. I didn’t feel pressured into buying and we were even give some space to ourselves to discuss options. Thank you for a wonderful experience. - Sarah S
